Featured Resource: It’s OK Not To Be OK
In partnership with the Office of Student Health & Wellness, Join Mindful Practices and Class Catalyst for an interactive experience designed to demystify mental health and suicide prevention. Moving beyond passive awareness, this campaign helps students identify their own unique “well-being profile” and teaches them how to actively advocate for their emotional and psychological needs.
If you or someone you know is struggling and need help, text or call 988 now to reach out to the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Class Catalyst believes that student voice and well-being doesn’t stop inside the school building. As a process, School Well-Being works best when it’s integrated into all parts of our day. See below for a few resources that can be practiced at home or hear testimonials from students, teachers, and administrators themselves!
